Dialogue and local engagement
Since 2021, we have been maintaining an open dialogue with the local community through regular meetings with residents. We organize workshops and informational activities for fishermen, government officials, and institutions involved in the development of offshore wind energy in Poland, aimed at exchanging knowledge and improving skills. These meetings are held as part of the "Promotion and Information Center" flagship program.
We also actively participate in local events and support collaboration with regional entrepreneurs. By organizing the Supplier Day series, we enable Pomeranian companies to connect with international partners in the offshore wind sector, learn about the industry's needs, and increase their chances of participating in projects. In this way, we strengthen the national supply chain and create new development opportunities for local companies. We conduct these activities as part of the "Contractual Obligations Package" flagship program.
Baltic Offshore Wind Farm Information Center
At our initiative, the Bałtyk Offshore Wind Farm Information Center operated in Łeba from June 2023 to the end of March 2026. It was the first and only permanently open information point in Poland – a place for meetings, discussions, and education about offshore wind energy and Bałtyk projects. For several years, it provided a space for direct dialogue with residents and anyone interested in project development. We remain in constant contact with the local community. We continue this dialogue and are available to residents – please contact us.
Education
As part of the Academy of Maritime Competence, we conduct educational initiatives addressed to pupils, teachers and students, including cooperation with teaching units, initiating training programs and creating original, free teaching aids. Through information campaigns and participation in local initiatives over the years, we want to support the development of public awareness in the field of offshore wind energy and arouse young people's interest in available career paths related to renewable energy sources.
