The Privacy Policy specifies how personal data are protected as part of the use of the website located at www.baltyk123.pl (hereinafter: the Website). MFW Bałtyk I S.A., MFW Bałtyk II Sp. z o.o. and MFW Bałtyk III Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: the Investor) undertake to protect the right for privacy of their employees and all persons with whom they cooperate. Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, both on the basis of Polish and EU law.

The Investor takes adequate precautions of the protection of users' personal data. We believe that transparency is the basis for good cooperation, and acting in accordance with good practices in the field of personal data security is very important for us, our employees, co-workers, and subcontractors. Below you will find answers to the most important questions regarding the processing of your data connected with the use of the Website.

The Privacy policy may be subject to change. If such changes are not significant, we reserve the right to introduce them without publishing a notification on our Website. However, if the changes are relevant and may affect your rights or the way we process your personal data, we will post a notification on the Website. 2. Who is entitled to process your data?

The administrator of personal data of Website users is:

  • MFW Bałtyk III Sp. z o.o. (KRS 0000391871, NIP 701-03-07-376) with its registered office in Warsaw, 00-526, 24/26 Krucza St., entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register.

3. How do we process your data?

The Investor may process personal data such as IP address and e-mail address, saved in cookies and data provided by users in the contact forms on the Website. The provision of personal data is voluntary, although in some cases it may be necessary to provide it to enable us to respond. Each of the contact forms contains adequate regulations and information related to the processing of personal data. When completing the forms, please read the regulations attached to them. If you use the contact form or general e-mail to submit your application in response to our job offer, we will process your personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) – i.e. in connection with the provisions of the Polish Labor Code enabling us to collect data of candidates participating in recruitment.

Your personal data is processed in order to enable or improve the functioning of the Website (cookies) and to enable us to prepare and provide answers using the means of communication indicated by you (data indicated in the contact forms), based on the legitimate interests of the Investor (legal basis Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR).

4. Who has access to your data?

The recipients of your personal data, in specific cases, are:

  • other controllers who process personal data on their own behalf, in particular:
    • entities that conduct postal or courier activities,
  • entities that process personal data on our behalf, in particular:
    • entities that operate ICT systems and provide IT services,
    • entities that provide advisory, consulting, auditing, legal, tax, accounting services, research and marketing agencies, advertising companies and those that organize competitions,
    • entities that provide document archiving services.

The Investor obliges each of the external suppliers to maintain the confidentiality of the processed data and to adopt adequate technical and organizational measures to protect them against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration, unauthorized disclosure, abuse or other unlawful processing.

We ensure that your personal data is not transferred outside the European Union/European Economic Area.

5. How do we take care of your data?

The Investor ensures the application of technical and organizational measures necessary to ensure confidentiality, integrity, transparency, and continuity of processed personal data.

We supervise compliance with the principles of personal data protection set out in internal procedures in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. Our IT systems are regularly updated to comply with the applicable data security measures, our employees have been trained in the protection of personal data and are obliged to perform their duties in a manner that minimizes the risk of violations.

6. How long do we keep personal data?

The Investor collects personal data only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of data processing. If you would like more detailed information on the specific storage period, please contact us (see section 9 for details).

7. What are your rights?

Access to personal data – at any time you have the right to:

  • provide information regarding the processing of your personal data,
  • receive a copy of your personal data free of charge,
  • if the request for access to data is made electronically and we do not receive information on alternative way of providing information, a copy will be sent via e-mail.

Correction of personal data

  • You can request an update of the information held, i.e. rectification of personal data in the form of changes or supplements to the processed data.

Objection to processing and erasure of personal data

  • You have the right to remove your processed personal data.
  • The deletion of data will take place if you object to the processing – if there are no legally justified grounds for further data processing and in any case object to the processing of data for marketing purposes.
  • We assure you that, in accordance with the principle of data minimization, your personal data will be deleted whenever the purpose of processing has ceased or it is necessary to delete them in order to comply with a legal obligation provided for by law.

Restriction of data processing

  • The Investor exercises the right to limit processing in a situation where:
    • you request such action in the event of unlawful data processing;
    • you question the correctness of the data – until its correctness is verified;
    • the purpose of processing has ceased, but you need the data as part of the claims processes.
  • In order to exercise your rights, submit requests or ask questions regarding the processing of your personal data, please contact us at the following e-mail address: rodo@baltyk123.pl. Your applications will be processed within 30 days from the date of acceptance of the application. In cases when the implementation of your application is difficult or impossible the person designed by the Investor will respond to your application within the same period, to provide an explanation for refusing or extending the deadline for fulfilling the request.
