Join the Supplier Day 2025! The offshore industry is waiting for you

Equinor and Polenergia invite Polish and foreign companies to participate in the Supplier Day, which will be held on 2nd April 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Gdansk Business Incubator STARTER at Lęborska 3b Street. The event is aimed at suppliers of servicing and maintenance of offshore wind farms, which will be performed from the base in Łeba. This is an excellent opportunity to establish cooperation with investors who are implementing some of the most innovative offshore wind energy projects in Poland. 

First meeting this year stands out from previous ones, with major suppliers involved in the projects and national companies presenting their products and services. This time, Equinor, as the Baltic projects' partner for technology, innovation and offshore operations, will focus on direct dialogue with potential maintenance and service providers for the Baltic 2 and Baltic 3 projects. For companies, the event represents a networking opportunity and a chance to get involved in supply chain of offshore projects

The meeting will focus on finding suppliers in the areas of:

• Services related to Electrical System Infrastructure
• Services of Balance of Plant  
• The offshore cables (export and IAC) including repair framework and storage
• Underwater and marine exploration services
• The blade monitoring, inspection and repairs
• Software and IT/TelCom services
• Services for HSE and security of industrial facilities
• Services for maintenance of industrial facilities
• Staff training and qualifications of OWF O&M personnel   

During the Supplier Day will be provided key information on the investment schedule, expected competencies and innovations as well as standards and requirements for suppliers. Participants will learn about company selection criteria, the application procedure and the conditions to be met in order to be included in the database of potential suppliers and to become involved in the development off offshore wind energy in Poland.
