Bałtyk 2 & 3

The supply and installation of 4 x 3-core 220 kV XLPE offshore export cables incl. accessories & equipment with a total transmission capacity of 1.44 GW (360 MW each). The Offshore Export Cable Systems shall be installed from each offshore substation to the landfall onshore transition joint bays (approx. 65 km route). The Cable Systems shall include fibre optic cable and be equipped with cable monitoring systems.

The scope of work EPCI for offshore export cables includes the following main activities:

Preliminaries
Engineering and documentation
Interface coordination
Procurement, fabrication, and testing
Load-out, transportation
Storage and preservation
Construction, installation and cable protection incl. cable pull-in, termination and jointing at OSS and landfall
Mechanical Completion
Final documentation
Contract close out activities required for issue of the Completion Certificate
