Equinor and Polenergia invite you to visit the stand of the Bałtyk 2 and 3 offshore wind farms during a family picnic in Pęplino on Saturday, June 14, 2025. In addition to creative workshops for children and young people, it will also be a great opportunity to talk about projects and investments carried out in the immediate area.
Exactly in the middle of June, the International Wind Day is celebrated. Equinor and Polenergia will celebrate it together with the residents of the Ustka Commune during the family picnic in Pęplino. At the Equinor and Polenergia stand, from 1:00 p.m., there will be a variety of activities, such as creative workshops and competitions for children, teenagers and adults.
The picnic in Pęplino is also another opportunity for direct dialogue with project representatives, who will talk about offshore wind farms, work schedule, offshore activities and planned connection infrastructure in the region. Long-term cooperation with the local community is a priority for Equinor and Polenergia, which are building two modern substations (the so-called ONS) in the vicinity of Pęplino. Companies want not only to act as investors, but also to become good neighbours for many years, engaging in the lives of residents and supporting the development of local communities.
