We implement our projects in accordance with the best international standards. Combining Polish and Norwegian experience, we run five Flagship Programs that support Poland's energy transition on many levels.
Promotion and Information Center
The core of any conscious change is transparent access to information. Under the program, we engage in dialogue with the local community, suppliers and other stakeholders. We are committed to increasing public awareness of the benefits of offshore wind energy development through knowledge transfer and increasing the participation of Polish companies in the offshore wind supply chain.

Maritime Competence Academy
The program aimed at improving the skills of the personnel of the domestic offshore energy industry, including the initiation and support of training, curricula at various levels, the organization of internships and apprenticeships, initiating cooperation in this regard with experienced companies and foreign institutions.

- co-organization of workshops "Onshore + Offshore = Our Future" for secondary school students from Gdansk in partnership with Employers of Pomerania, April 2022
- co-organization of educational classes and career counseling for 8 classes of elementary school from Rumia in partnership with Rumia Invest, May-June 2022
- participation in EduOffshore educational fair in Gdańsk, March 2023
Contractual Commitment Package
We want as many Polish companies as possible to join the global supply chain. Therefore, as part of the Program, we conduct a dialogue with them and provide them with transparent access to project information. Simultaneously, we promote Polish companies among international suppliers, share information on cooperation principles and good practices with local suppliers, and initiate other activities.

Marine Innovation Center
We want the development of the new sector to increase the innovativeness of the Polish economy. Therefore, within the framework of the Program, we support the development of domestic innovations, technologies and services by providing opinions on projects, promoting the results and launching implementation paths in the Project of selected innovations.

- use of the innovative device of the Polish startup during the environmental research for the offshore wind farm Baltyk I
- building contacts with the Polish R&D community
- signing a contract for the first edition of postgraduate studies PTMEW/PG
- meetings devoted to innovations within the framework of cooperation with Starter
Port Development Program
The program aims to support the sustainable development of facilities, logistics and services around the ports used to serve the Project. The Company engages in dialogue aimed at establishing offshore wind farm construction facilities in Polish ports. It also carries out intensive activities to support local entrepreneurship related to the construction and operation of the Projects and their operation and maintenance base.
