Recruitment for the new service base in Łeba: local development at the center of the Bałtyk projects

We are starting recruitment for occupations at the newly built operational and service base in Łeba, which will be the operational center for the Bałtyk offshore wind farm projects carried out jointly by Equinor and Polenergia.

The new base, owned by Equinor, creates real employment opportunities for specialists from the region, as well as supports local development through cooperation with entrepreneurs and service providers.

Occupations sought:

• Local IT Administrator – IT support for the office, hardware and network support, workstation configuration, help for new employees.
• Warehouse Keeper – warehouse management, receipt and release of materials, forklift operation, taking care of safety and storage of goods.
• Office Coordinator – operational and administrative coordination of offices and warehouses, keeping documentation, cooperation with suppliers and the operational team.

The new O&M base in Łeba will become an operational hub for offshore projects in the region, supporting day-to-day logistics and technical activities at sea.
