Progress in the construction of the operational and service base in Łeba

Construction works are progressing according to schedule on the premises of the newly built operational and service base in Łeba. The facades of the buildings are taking on their final shape, and the office and warehouse interiors are equipped with modern technical infrastructure, necessary for the daily functioning of the facility.

The operational and service base in Łeba will be the operational center for the Bałtyk offshore wind farms jointly developed by Equinor and Polenergia, supporting daily operations and logistics at sea. The facility, which is being built in a revitalized port area, includes modern office space, a remote control and control center for offshore wind farms, a spare parts warehouse and a quay for mooring vessels.

The commissioning of the operational and service base is planned for the second half of 2026. The investment will significantly strengthen the position of Łeba as an important offshore wind energy center in Poland. The database will create new jobs for specialists from the region and will foster cooperation with local entrepreneurs.

The construction of the operational and service base is a key element of the long-term presence of the Błatyk projects in the region, providing effective operational and logistical support for offshore wind farms and contributing to the development of the local economy.
