Offshore windfarm construction underway. Equinor and Polenergia invite residents to an information meeting in Ustka

Equinor and Polenergia invite residents of Ustka and the surrounding area to another information meeting dedicated to the Bałtyk 2 and Bałtyk 3 offshore wind farm projects. The event will take place on 17 June 2026, between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., in the conference room of the Ustka Municipal Office, located at 24 Dunina Street. The meeting will provide an opportunity to learn about the progress of the construction works and ask questions directly to representatives of the project developers.

Information meetings with local communities are a regular part of Equinor’s and Polenergia’s presence in the region. The companies consistently create space for dialogue, enabling residents not only to access up-to-date information about the projects, but also to ask questions, share observations, and raise issues important from their perspective.

During the June meeting, company representatives will present the current status of works, including onshore infrastructure and progress on offshore construction activities. Participants will also learn about planned activities for the coming months and the investment timeline. The meeting will also address the role of offshore wind farms in regional development and their impact on local communities.

The Bałtyk 2 and Bałtyk 3 offshore wind farms are expected to supply clean, renewable energy to more than 2 million Polish households, supporting Poland’s energy transition and creating new jobs in the region. The first power from the projects is expected to be delivered to the grid in 2027, with full commercial operations scheduled for 2028.

We invite residents to attend the information meeting in Ustka. No prior registration is required.
